David Reavis, retired from the Navy in 2010 and has over 20 years of experience in training and instruction of personnel and 9 years of experience in Performance Management, Knowledge Management and Process Improvement stratagems. He is recognized by leadership at the US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) as a subject matter expert in Performance Management and metric development and is routinely sought to provide assistance to subordinate commands. He is an experience project management professional having worked in multi-country, multi-cultural operations spanning across the Horn of Africa. His leadership experience includes serving as Command Duty Officer for the Norfolk Naval Shipyard and working on Los Angeles class submarines supervising personnel in operations and navigation electronic maintenance.
David has an Associates Degree 
in Science from Tidewater Community College and is currently pursuing his BS in Occupational Studies & Technology at Old Dominion University. He is currently a Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) and has his Security+ certification.
