EXPERIENCE
- Insignia Technology Services, 10/13 – Present, Senior Trainer. Provides Knowledge Management (KM), metrics development, and process improvement training to 200 KM Practitioners and professionals throughout all of US Army Training And Doctrine Command (TRADOC.)
- Responsible for providing KM support to TRADOC proponent organizations which includes training development, delivery, practical exercise support, and train the trainer training.
- Assists with the implementation of the Strategic Management System (SMS) and project management culture in TRADOC. This includes marketing business best practices, standards, and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies.
- Provides training as required on supporting systems such as SharePoint and programs such as ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Requirements analysis, and process development.
- US Army Human Terrain System, Textron Overwatch, 08/10 – 10/13, Support Manager. Supervisor of the Support Group for the US Army Human Terrain System (HTS) providing Knowledge Management support services for 200+ personnel located over 3 continents. Lead the Change, Configuration, and Release Management (CCRM) Team for the HTS Program SharePoint development efforts
- Instrumental in reducing request for support ticket response times from an average of over 45 days to less than 5 days. Trained, scheduled, and supervised the day to day operations of the Theater Help Desk and the CCRM staff of 4 personnel. Training included service desk support procedures, change management, configuration management, requirements analysis and release management.
- Established and developed the instructions and processes used by HTS for CCRM and ITIL practices including familiarization training to all personnel. Facilitated Change Advisory Board Meetings to include maintenance of records, minutes, and processing 70 changes tickets in the first 3 months.
- Recognized as the local SME on developing requirements and process improvement. Coordinated requirements definition for two major Army programs in support of operations in Afghanistan. Provided Requirements Analysis, Change Management, and Process Management/Improvement training for 50 personnel throughout HTS and other parallel commands at the TBOC facility which increased efficiency and effectiveness in developing requirements and defining processes.

- Served as Supervisor of Automated Data Processing Equipment Shop, Combined Joint Task Force, Djibouti, Africa in support of a multi-national and interagency coalition task force deployed to the Horn of Africa responsible for over $5M of computer and communications equipment across 13 countries in the Horn of Africa.
- Norfolk Naval Shipyard
- As the Operations Center supervisor at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, trained over 50 personnel in nuclear emergency operations and radiological response procedures. Reviewed, revised, and corrected 33 standard operating procedures for use throughout the shipyard decreasing the reported procedure violations during drills by 30%.

- Supervisor of the navigation and maintenance division on board a Los Angeles class submarine. Was responsible for the training, scheduling, and supervision of 8-12 technicians. Also, supervised subordinate personnel in chart preparations, navigation practices, and maintenance practices on various ships systems in support of multiple overseas deployments supporting the US Global War on Terrorism.
